Welcome to My Feminine Life! My name is April and I love words. I love listening to them, reading them, and arranging and rearranging them like furniture. I love that writing down misty, nebulous thoughts makes them plain. I like to peruse and pen poetry. I like the words perfunctory, perfidious, and penultimate. I like alliteration.
I know words matter. Words have power. In this space I wield them in an attempt to make a difference on a topic that matters a great deal to me: Feminism.
Most of my days are lived inside the walls of our house, along with my husband who works from home, and our four children. I live in hope that one day I will get to hug our other six children who died before birth as I do their siblings.
I love peaceful parenting, Natural Family Planning, and homemade sourdough bread.
I have an old blog at MyFeminineMind.com that you might enjoy checking out. I’m glad you’re here, and I hope you will make your presence known. Feel free to leave a comment and join the discussion.
